Summer Saturday at Snow Hill

[G6151] 68x49 cm. 1000 pieces. Townspeople and holiday makers watch as The Cornishman, headed by Castle class 4-6-0 No.5070 Sir Daniel Gooch, pulls into platform 7 of Birmingham's Snow Hill station. It is a warm summer Saturday in the 1950s and the platform is crowded with passengers getting on and off the train. There is a short history of the artist, Philip D Hawkins, on the back of the box.
